Hi! I'm Caitlin!
I was born and raised on Long Island, about 90 minutes east of New York City, with my two older brothers.
I caught the musical theatre bug later than most, sometime around middle school. My family tells me I’ve always loved singing and dancing, but I suppose I took my time warming up in the limelight. Despite how these photos may look, I was apparently still too shy for a formal audience – so I took to the beach. I remember channeling my inner Ariel on the shores of the Long Island Sound, singing “Part of Your World” to the waves and whatever crustaceans might live beneath them. Growing up, I was also very active in sports, earning my black belt in Isshinryu Karate, playing soccer and volleyball on competitive teams, and trying my hand at gymnastics and running.
I began formal singing lessons at 11 years old, soon before mustering the courage to register for our regional theatre’s Summer Theatre Intensive – Disney-themed, of course. I was selected to sing “Part of Your World” as my first solo in a real theatre for a real audience (!!!), which was the realization of a dream I hadn’t known I’d been dreaming for so long. In that performance, the little girl singing for crabs at the beach became the little girl singing for her dreams in a whole new realm: the stage. The discovery of this thrilling new world, complemented by the dramatic yet timely unraveling of my soccer team, led me to find myself in a theatre nearly every day of the week.
I graduated high school in June 2020 and began college at Harvard University, studying Theater, Dance & Media. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to originate roles in world-premiere musicals at The American Repertory Theater and the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club.
My worst-kept secret (besides my obsession with the color pink) is that I absolutely love Disney. In 2022, after my sophomore year, I took a gap year from Harvard to work as a Disney Cruise Line Mainstage Performer in the first replacement cast aboard Disney’s newest ship, The Disney Wish. I found myself singing with my friends under the sea once again, portraying Flounder in The Little Mermaid, as well as other Disney princesses and friends who live above sea level. Truly another dream come true, and another wonderful opportunity to hear “Part of Your World” on repeat.
After my year of magical travels on the high seas, I returned to Harvard in Fall 2023 for my Junior Year. In addition to my theatre studies, I also study Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations. I am projected to graduate in May 2025 with my AB and AM.
Thank you very much for visiting my website, and thank you even more for letting this little girl lend you her voice to become Part of Your World!
